The meaning of man and woman becoming one

The meaning of man and woman becoming one   In Mark 10:6-9, “But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female.” For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife; And they twain shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.』 Here, 『But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female』 Looking at this part in Greek, ἀπὸ δ ὲ  ἀρχῆς κτίσεως ἄρσεν καὶ θῆλυ ἐποίησεν αὐτούς Here, ἀπὸ (ap: from) δ ὲ  (de: conjunction) ἀ ρχῆς (Arche: the first) κτίσεως (Krideos: of creation). If we translate this again, it should be said, “From the first creation he made them male and female.” The first creation is Adam (man). Because man is Adam and man is Adam, errors may occur in translation. In other words, God created man first and se...

Jesus of Nazareth, what have we to do with you?

Jesus of Nazareth, what have we to do with you? Mark 1:23-27 『 And there was in their synagogue a man with an unclean spirit; and he cried out, Saying, Let us alone; What have we to do with thee, thou Jesus of Nazareth? art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art, the Holy One of God. And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Hold thy peace, and come out of him. And when the unclean spirit had torn him, and cried with a loud voice, he came out of him. And they were all amazed, insomuch that they questioned among themselves, saying, What thing is this? what new doctrine is this? for with authority commandeth he even the unclean spirits, and they do obey him. 』 And they went into Capernaum; and straightway on the Sabbath day he entered into the synagogue, and taught. And they were astonished at his doctrine: for he taught them as one that had authority, and not as the scribes. Jews did not gather publicly and perform religious ceremonies on the Sabbath. This day was a day of rest and not ...

Fasting debate

Fasting debate   Mark 2:18-20 『 And the disciples of John and of the Pharisees used to fast: and they come and say unto him, Why do the disciples of John and of the Pharisees fast, but thy disciples fast not? And Jesus said to them, Can the children of the bridechamber fast, while the bridegroom is with them? As long as they have the bridegroom with them, they cannot fast. But the days will come, when the bridegroom shall be taken away from them, and then they shall fast in those days. In the Old Testament,  “ one of the representative piety in serving God ”  was fasting. God commanded all the people to fast on the Day of Atonement. On that day, priests were also required to wear linen, burn incense, and sprinkle animal blood before approaching God. In addition, all the people had to stop eating and come together to God. Also, whenever the people felt God's wrath for something, they had to fast and weep all day. They had to tear their clothes, sprinkle ashes, stop eating,...

Christ and the Son of David

Christ and the Son of David   Mark 12:35-37  『 And Jesus answered and said, while he taught in the temple, How say the scribes that Christ is the son of David? For David himself said by the Holy Ghost, The LORD said to my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, till I make thine enemies thy footstool. David therefore himself called him Lord; and whence is he then his son his? And the common people heard him gladly. 』 The Bible talks about  “ Christ before he came to this world, about the One who came to this world in the flesh, about Christ who is resurrected, ascended to heaven, and returns. ” Before Jesus Christ came to this world, He was Jehovah God (The LORD). Because of the spirit of the angel who sinned, Jehovah God predestined Christ (the Lord) to go into the dust and become the first man, and then put him to sleep again (death: a type of the cross) and separated him into men and women, and gave him to all humans. He gave away his physical body. So, God pours the spirit o...

Disciples unable to cure a demon-possessed child

Disciples unable to cure a demon-possessed child   Mark 9:17-20  『 And one of the multitude answered and said, Master, I have brought unto thee my son, which hath a dumb spirit; And wheresoever he taketh him, he teareth him: and he foameth, and gnasheth with his teeth, and pineth away: and I spake to thy disciples that they should cast him out; and they could not. He answered him, and said, O faithless generation, how long shall I be with you? How long shall I suffer you? bring him unto me. And they brought him unto him: and when he saw him, straightway the spirit tare him; and he fell on the ground, and wallowed foaming. 』 In the Gospel of Mark, it is expressed as a child possessed by a demon, but in the Gospel of Matthew, it is expressed as  “ a child suffering from epilepsy ”  in 17:15-16. 『 Lord, have mercy on my son: for he is lunatick, and sore vexed: for Ofttimes he fell into the fire, and oft into the water. And I brought him to thy disciples, and they could n...

Jesus heals a deaf and slurred man

Jesus heals a deaf and slurred man   Mark 7:32-35  『 And they brought unto him one that was deaf, and had an impediment in his speech; and they beseech him to put his hand upon him. And he took him aside from the multitude, and put his fingers into his ears, and he spit, and touched his tongue; And looking up to heaven, he sighed, and said to him, Ephphatha, that is, Be opened. And straightway his ears were opened, and the string of his tongue was loosed, and he spake plain. 』 Ears mean ears to hear. If a person listens to the world, but does not spiritually hear the words of the kingdom of God, he or she is spiritually deaf. Those who stutter are those who cannot properly preach the gospel because they do not understand the meaning of God's word. They preach the gospel, but they spread the word of truth in a distorted way, making them double the children of hell. “ He put his fingers (dactylus  δακτ ύ λου ς ) into his ears (otah  ὦ τα ) (evalen  ἔ βαλεν ) and s...

The meaning of the word salvation

The meaning of the word salvation   In John 6:63,  “ It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life. 』 The subject who saves the spirit is the Holy Spirit, and the object that must be saved is the spirit. This means that since the spirit is trapped in the dust, the trapped spirit must be saved. In Ecclesiastes 12:7,  “ Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return to God who gave it. ”  Dust is expressed this way because the human body is made of dust. And the spirits trapped in the dust must return to God, and to do so, they must find the gates of heaven and enter. If they do not find the gate of heaven, they cannot enter the kingdom of God. The spirit is originally the spirit of an angel, but the angels who sinned in the kingdom of God did not keep their positions and committed sins, so God took off the angels' clothes, created the material world, an...

Parable of the Widow and the Unjust Judge

Parable of the Widow and the Unjust Judge Luke 18:1-8  『 And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint; Saying, There was in a city a judge, which feared not God, neither regarded man: And there was a widow in that city; and she came unto him, saying, Avenge me of my adversary. And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not God, nor regard man; Yet because this widow troubleth me, I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me. And the Lord said, Hear what the unjust judge saith. And shall not God avenge his own elect him, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them? I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth? 』 The Bible says,  “ Life is like grass that sprouts in the morning, ”  and  “ It ’ s like sleeping for a little while. ”  It also says,  “ Even if our liv...

Jesus being rejected in his hometown

Jesus being rejected in his hometown   Mark 6:3-6  『 Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, the brother of James, and Joses, and of Judas, and Simon? and are not his sisters here with us? And they were offended at him. But Jesus said to them, A prophet is not without honour, but in his own country, and among his own kin, and in his own house. And he could there do no mighty work, save that he laid his hands upon a few sick folk, and healed them. And he marveled because of their unbelief. And he went round about the villages, teaching. 』 When people look with their fleshly eyes, they end up rejecting Jesus. However, if believers look with the eyes of the spirit, they can come to know the work of the kingdom of God through the signs and wonders of Jesus. A believer must be able to discern between the things of men and the things of God, and then he will receive the Son of God. God's work is "to believe in Him (Christ) sent from God." Peter confessed to Jesus,  “ You ar...

To God the things that are God's

To God the things that are God's   Mark 12:17 『 And Jesus answering said unto them, Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's. And they marveled at him. 』 On the surface, this appears to be a tax issue. If you are a citizen of a country living in this world, you must pay taxes to the king of the country. So, since they are under Roman rule, they must pay taxes to Caesar. But what is God ’ s? Those who are under the law must pay taxes according to the law, and those who are under the Holy Spirit must pay taxes according to the Holy Spirit. The law is written in Leviticus 27:30, “ And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or of the fruit of the tree, is the LORD's: it is holy unto the LORD. ” In the Old Testament times, Jews paid tithes according to the law. This means that people who think they must keep the law must pay tithes. However, believers must know the reason for tithing. In Matthew 23...

Preaching the kingdom of God

Preaching the kingdom of God   (Acts 28: 30-31) 『 And Paul dwelt two whole years in his own hired house, and received all that came in unto him,    Preaching the kingdom of God, and teaching those things which concern the Lord Jesus Christ, with all confidence, no man forbidding him.  』 Paul preached two things. It is all about the kingdom of God and the Lord Jesus Christ. In Acts 1:2-3 『 Until the day in which he was taken up, after that he through the Holy Ghost had given commandments unto the apostles whom he had chosen: To whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God:  』 Today, how many people can preach the kingdom of God? Almost everyone says, "If you believe in Jesus, you will go to heaven." Very few people talk about the kingdom of God. After John the Baptist was captured, Jesus in Mark 1:15 『 And saying, The time is fulfilled...
